Welcome to Gateway Law Group

Our goal is to provide a professional real estate closing service that is accurate, timely, and affordable to the consumers of North Georgia. We strive to make ourselves available not only in location, but in everyday communication.

Gateway Law Group (Gateway) is a real estate law firm located in North Georgia. The firm is  serving to facilitate completion of real estate related closings on behalf of purchasers of real property and lenders of real estate-secured loans. Gateway will work closely with agents, developers, and other real estate professionals in providing real estate closing services, so as to provide the best possible representation to its clients.

Our Commitment

  • Closings will start at their scheduled time and will be conducted in an efficient and professional manner.

  • All closings will be conducted by an experienced and knowledgeable attorney.

  • A file will be opened and title/survey ordered immediately upon receipt of a title order.

  • We will prepare a preliminary HUD-1 the day we receive a closing package and fax it to the loan officer for review.

  • Upon approval of the lender, the HUD-1 will be faxed to agents, buyer and seller. All HUD-1’s will be faxed before closing if at all possible.

  • We will return all phone calls within a reasonable time. You will be provided the cell phone numbers of our attorneys to enable you to reach them in urgent situations.

  • We will strive to be helpful to the agent community by providing GAR-certified training programs and ongoing support for your real estate transaction.
